                              BIRTHDAY MONTH WRAP UP + AN AWESOME GIVEAWAY! 

It's been two blissful years of blogging and Jilly and I are ready to launch our online design services. Our goal is to provide uncomplicated and affordable solutions while offering professional, smart, practical answers to all your design dilemmas.  We're excited, hilarious, super friendly, and knowledgeable designers who want to save you time, money, and a whole lotta STRESS! 

Design Background:

Mia knew design was in her future from the moment she sewed her first pair of pink Bermuda shorts and proudly wore them to the Jr. High.  In college she took two years of design classes, graduated in 2000, and was lucky enough to land a job at a high end design firm near her home in Queen Creek, AZ.  She worked on a variety of commercial and residential projects and had the opportunity to work with many colorful personalities from celebrities to flamboyant permanent botanical designers.  It was there she learned how to design and carry out everything from flooring to window treatments, architectural design, and detailed space planning.  She has worked with mind blowing budgets and  $200 room makeovers, and considers every project a thrilling challenge. 

Jilly knew she had a passion for design at the age of eight as she stood back and admired her hand painted butterfly on her bedroom wall.  Along with a steady stream of traffic in her own home to pour over her latest design projects, every home Jilly has had her hand in has become the envy of the neighborhood.  It is rare for her to leave a friend or family member's home without being coaxed into a room for some design advice. Offer her a cookie (or ten), and she'll stay all day!  One of her biggest strengths lies in her uncanny ability to walk into a seemingly hopeless space and create a vision for it's possibility, and then see that vision through. 

Jilly and Mia's designs have been recognized both locally and nationally in magazines and on television.  They love to think outside the box, re-purpose, re-style, and re-design.  At the end of the day, their true passion lies in creating spaces that are beautiful and artistic, yet practical and unique to each client’s budget and needs.

  
  

Mini design- Ask us any one question about a wall, a nook, or any other small space.  We'll ask you a few questions about your style and have you email us a picture. Then we'll talk it over, maybe lose a little sleep, and come up with the perfect solution to your brain teaser.  We will email you a response in paragraph form in 1-2 weeks.                                                                            

Design Option #1- You have a problem area like a living room, bedroom, or loft.  Maybe you haven't started (which we love) or you maybe you've been stricken with a classic case of designer's cramp.  Me and Jilly will ask you to fill out a questionnaire, then we'll work together to create a custom inspiration board including colors, furniture, fabrics, paint, window treatments, and accessories.  We will also create a "to do" list to help you get started and on your way to a room you absolutely adore.  Our suggestions will be emailed to you in 2-3 weeks.

Full Service Design Option #2-  You're an all or nothing kind of girl and you want Me and Jilly to take the guess work out of your design.  We'll have you fill out a questionnaire, send us your room measurements, and work closely with you (via email) to create a beautiful, one-of-a-kind design plan that's perfect for you and the ones you love.  This package includes everything in design option #1 as well as a detailed plan including furniture layout and space planning.  You will receive your design in 3-4 weeks.

At this time we are taking two clients a month so please let us know as soon as possible if you're interested.  We are open to in-person design services for people who reside in the greater Phoenix area.
